This session will cover: • Running simple and advanced searches • Searching within a journal or within a title, or by author affiliation • Using Boolean operators • Creating saved searches • Setting up alerts for saved searches Useful for: Librarians, Administrators, Researchers, Students, and Faculty About Our Speaker Mary Helen Yount, Customer Training and Strategy Manager, Wiley Mary Helen joined Wiley in March of 2021 and manages the development of our customer training resources and Training Hubs as well as strategic communications, all with the same goals of optimizing customer success and ensuring users are getting the most out of their respective journeys with Wiley. As one of our primary trainers, she supports education around the research product portfolio, as well as open access and the author’s journey, by providing training to customers globally. Mary Helen obtained her undergraduate degree in Journalism with a concentration in broadcast and electronic communication from UNC-Chapel Hill and held roles in communications and technical training prior to joining Wiley. She takes active interest in meeting new people, communicating complicated concepts clearly, and making user experience the best it can be.
