 looking to refine an established approach\, a well-developed publishing 
 strategy is essential for ensuring your research reaches the right audience 
 and makes a meaningful impact. This workshop will provide researchers with 
 practical insights into:\n\n\n	Choosing the right publishers and journals 
 for your research\n	Understanding licensing and copyright with 
 confidence\n	Introducing open access options to increase visibility and 
 engagement\n\n\nTarget audience \n\n\n	PGRs\, researchers and academics 
 planning to publish their research results.  \n	Professional Services staff 
 who support researchers in the publishing process.  \n\n\nPriority will be 
 given to colleagues who are employed by the University if the course 
 reaches capacity.\n\n\nLearning Objectives \n\n\n\n\nAt the end of the 
 workshop participants will be able to: \n\n\n	Appreciate the benefits of 
 writing a publishing strategy \n	Identify a suitable format and appropriate 
 publisher for their work \n	Understand licencing and copyright options 
 \n	Promote and monitor the impact of their work \n	Know where to get 
 further training and advice \n\n\n\n\n\n\nProgramme\n\nThe workshop
