Managing interpersonal conflict in groupwork

Concerned about working with others in a group? Unsure about the ‘fairest’ way to divide the work? Feeling frustrated that others in the group aren’t doing their fair share?

Working with others at university can be challenging, especially if you need to produce a single presentation, article or piece of work. Join Nicky Gardiner from the Academic Skills Team and Ed Hillier from the Counselling Service as they discuss some of the most common causes of interpersonal conflict in academic group-work and some strategies for how to manage these situations if they arise.
