Managing Interpersonal Conflict in Group Work In-Person
Concerned about working with others in a group? Unsure about the ‘fairest’ way to divide the work? Feeling frustrated that others in the group aren’t doing their fair share?
Working with others at university can be challenging, especially if you’re being assessed as a group. Join Nicky Gardiner from the Academic Skills team and Ed Hillier from Wellbeing as they discuss some of the most common causes of interpersonal conflict in university group-work and some strategies for how to manage these situations if they arise.
This is a present in person session in the Collaborative Learning Space in the Philip Robinson library.
