Studying well and managing overwhelm: GPS students In-Person

Are you feeling overwhelmed by your upcoming deadlines? Struggling with procrastination and writer's block?  Or do you have a dissertation to work on this summer and want to make sure you stay on track? If so, join staff from the Library, Academic Skills Team, and GPS Wellbeing to find out how you can manage your stress, plan your studies, and take steps to improve your academic skills. In this one hour in-person workshop we'll walk you through setting short-term and long-term goals and creating a personalised toolkit of academic skills and wellbeing resources for managing overwhelm, staying focussed and successfully tackling your upcoming assignments.

This is an in-person event designed for GPS students of any programme or stage. Please bring your own laptop or device to the session as you will be building your own toolkit using it.
